Fischer RC4 130 LV BOA Ski Boots 2026
It's been a while since Fischer had a real winner of a ski boot. The new RC4 line is loaded with winners and the 130 LV BOA is the king of the castle. It offers a true low-volume fit, awesome performance and all without sacrificing too much all day comfort that resort skiers need.
It's stiff, responsive, and loaded with tons of rebound to keep the skiing as efficient as possible. Having skied these on everything from playful all mountain skis to really burly carving skis, we can confidently say this boot won't stutter. It feels stout, provides solid feedback, and keeps you feeling confident regardless of how hard you're pushing it.
For a boot this powerful, it isn't punishing or unforgiving. You don't need to be the strongest skier to tap into the power band. It's also easier to put on compared to some other 130 flex ski boots out there. One of the things we're most impressed with are the strides Fischer has made with their liners. It has an anatomical shape, grabs the heel well but isn't overbearing making it a good option for a wider variety of foot shapes than the LV tag might make you think.
If you've been in the market for a solid 130 flex ski boot to drive skis more aggressively or you just need top tier performance, the RC4 130 LV is a great choice. Way to go Fischer.
